Smart Call

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Who we are

Smart Call (Qualex) is an internal business tool for Qualex 1031, available at https://smartcall.dev/home (the "Service"). This policy explains how Smart Call handles information when you use the Service, including when a Google Workspace Super Admin connects a Google account for Qualex Team Call Logs and Qualex Calendar.

Information Google OAuth may access

When an authorized Qualex Workspace Super Admin chooses to connect a Google account, Smart Call may request these scopes:

These permissions are requested only when someone connects Google for those Qualex features. If you do not connect Google, Smart Call does not receive this Google data through OAuth.

How we use this information

We do not use Google OAuth data to advertise to you. We do not sell it.

Storage

OAuth tokens and synced call-log and calendar data are stored on the Smart Call server that hosts smartcall.dev. Access is limited to operating the Qualex features for the connected workspace.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share Google data with third parties for advertising. Connecting Google sends requests to Google's APIs as part of the access you authorize. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service.

Retention and your choices

Data is kept while the Google connection is active and as needed to provide Qualex Team Call Logs and Qualex Calendar. A Qualex administrator can disconnect Google in Team Call Logs (gear menu → Disconnect). You can also revoke Smart Call access in your Google Account permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After disconnect, we stop using those Google APIs. Cached copies on this server may remain until an administrator deletes them.

Contact

Questions about this policy or Google data used by Smart Call: info@1031qualex.com or the Qualex administrator who connected your Google Workspace account.
