Last updated: September 9, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of Smart Call at https://smartcall.dev. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are connecting a Google account for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The Service

Smart Call provides business tools on smartcall.dev, including Qualex Team Call Logs, Qualex Calendar, and related workspace features. Some features require a Google account connection, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Service may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

We may suspend or disable access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

No warranty

The Service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Smart Call does not warrant that call-log sync, calendar sync, uptime, or other features will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Call is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from use of the Service or from Google API availability. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Google services

Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Voice, and related APIs are provided by Google. Your use of Google is subject to Google's terms. Smart Call is not Google and is not responsible for Google's products.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
